Our family classes make up the bulk of how our program operates. We LOVE families training together. We often say “the family that kicks together sticks together.” Everyone ages 6 and up are welcome to our family classes. Each class section has opportunities for all ranks to train together, and to be separated for individual training within your level. The family class will take you from beginner to black belt, to master and beyond. Our own Master Courington and Master Hundeby both started out as white belts in this program! Here you will learn the basics of Taekwondo, the tradition, the history, the techniques. You will learn forms, self-defense, and sparring in a family-friendly, and safe environment. The family classes are led by our chief black belt staff, all certified instructors and masters through the United States Chung Do Kwan Association.
